With more than 20 years of dedicated yoga practice, Lisa brings extensive experience, warmth, and mindful guidance to every class she teaches. Her approach is inclusive and varied, offering a balance of strength, mobility, and relaxation to support students of all levels.

To start your week with energy and focus, Lisa offers a Monday morning Yoga/Pilates mix at 6:30am. This 45 minute session blends mindful movement with low-impact strength work to elevate your heart rate and set a positive tone for the day ahead.

Lisa's Wednesday evening class at 5:30pm rotates through a range of styles - including Hatha flow, chair yoga, and nourishing Yin sessions - providing a dynamic and thoughtfully curated experience each week.

All classes are held at Retreat of Life.
